No on-site installation required. Self-pickup ADSL modem and router in our office location.
Due to technical issues, some sites may need on-site installation. If on-site installation is needed, an additional of $350 will be charged.
PPPoE Dial up Software CD HK$20. PPPoE dial up software also available for free download for our subscriber.
If customers terminate the service before the minimum service period, Cyber Express will charge the subscriber $150 for each month that would have been remaining in the minimum service period as a penalty to the early termination of the commitment period.
Onloan ADSL Modem must return to Cyber Express within 10 days after service termination. Cyber Express will charge HK$500 for unreturn or loss modem.
