Remarks:
Minimum service period is 15 months. If customers terminate the service before the minimum contract period, Cyber Express will charge the subscriber $150 for each month that would have been remaining in the minimum service period as a penalty to the early termination of the commitment period. After the minimum service period, the subscriber may, by serving one month notice to Cyber Express, terminate this Agreement. Termination date must be at the end of each month.
Subscriber must have an Ethernet card and RJ-45 cable installed on the computer to access the broadband service.
